8 hr CE Honu Infusion Touch (hot stone) Course
Description
Our Honu Infusion Touch Massage is our signature massage modality that we’ve been performing with all of our Tranquil Turtle Massages since July of 2012. We know that heat applied directly to the soft tissue works well along side our lymphatic system and so we use our heated “Honu” hot stones as a vise to work deeply into the muscles to alleviate pain, release stuck fascia, and treat inflammation. Not only is this beneficial, it is quite relaxing for our clients as well. We feel that our Honu Infusion Touch is beneficial for everyone who seeks out healing with hot stones and likes seeing immediate healing over their clients. Our detailed modality can be a great addition and added to any of your current bodywork and massages. Learning Outcomes: The students will gain the knowledge of the appropriate Honu hot stones temperatures, placement of the stones, how to use the stones on each area of the body, and the appropriate pressure to apply while massaging with the Honu hot stones.
