In our signature Honu Gua Sha massage we incorporate our Honu hot stones as a vise to work into the muscles and tissues to help release tension and warm the muscles. Then we use Gua Sha to promote healthy blood flow and to release the adhered facia tissues away from muscle fibers reducing tension in your muscles. We end with our Tranquil Turtle Ashiatsu to give amazing results!!
